Do You Love College As Much As Asher Roth?

Posted in Uncategorized by Alex on November 18, 2009

So the best parts of being a student are the great discounts that you get.  After I graduated from college, I was no longer eligible for awesome student deals.  All of a sudden, I was treated like an adult.  When I go to a movie theatre, I have to pay the full adult price.  When I went to buy a new computer at Apple, the student rates for certain products made me want to be a student again.  So take advantage of these student discounted products:

1.  Parallels Desktop: http://bit.ly/3C4LYa $39.99

2.  Apple Products for Students: http://bit.ly/qARfR

3.  Snuggie: http://bit.ly/2AR6l5

So, maybe the Snuggie doesn’t have a special student discount, but who doesn’t want a Snuggie…you can look like Gandalf in burgundy, royal blue or sage green as you study.  So make the best use of your years as a student and enjoy these great deals.

    Macbook or Free Pizza?

Posted in Technology by Alex on November 17, 2009

This is still one of my all time favorite apple ads, free pizza or a Macbook. As a starving student, the thought of passing up free pizza is unbearable, but there is no way I could live with out my Macbook Pro. I’m a convert going on 2 years now, although I occasionally need to use Windows XP and now Windows 7 (Vista not so much).

Parallels Desktop 5 just came out and lets you enjoy everything you love about your Macbook and the new Windows 7 with full Aero support. You can get it now via your student discount for only $39.99 either at your on-campus computer store or at http://www.onthehub.com . With your student discount, you’ll be able to afford pizza and Parallels! Now you’ll never go hungry.

Starsmith my new favorite DJ extraordinaire and Ellie Goulding the cute amazing indie darling. Together they form the amazing collaboration of Goldsmith. Starsmith is known for his dance remixes and recently produced the upcoming debut album by Ellie Goulding. Check out these free mp3s from Neon Gold Records and if you like it tweet it out.
